My goal is to use my experiences and team building skills to help individuals and organizations succeed.
A little bit about my background. I studied Organizational Behavior at Brown University.
I was a teaching assistant for three years, leading group
discussions of Harvard Business School cases. In the
summers, I worked on Wall Street.
I played football at Brown and after graduation was hired to
coach my former teammates. I also coached football
at Penn State University and at the University of Rhode Island
where I received my MBA in conjunction with the Institute
for International Sport.
A 1991 summer internship facilitating teambuilding programs
at the University of Rhode Island evolved into my coaching and teambuilding practice. At the time, I was also teaching
GMAT preparation courses at Brown. The Dean of Special
Studies asked me to co-create the Practice of Management
Certificate Program. It remains Brown's top draw. In 2001, I initiated Brown's successful Training Certificate
Program. I am also a core instructor for Rhode Island School of Design's International Certificate
Program in New Media.
I also serve on the Board of Directors at Goetz Custom Boats, and on the Board of the
Brown Alumni Association, and I'm Chair of the Career and Networking Committee.
I use the concepts acquired from life, great coaches, and teachers, to offer others new insight and direction to finding success personally and professionally. This is done with practical management theory, experiential exercises, practice, and humor. I have facilitated thousands of sessions, all with positive feedback.
Eighty percent of my clients are repeat customers!
